Of course times have changed since the Nobel Prize laureate Albert Camus uttered this essential cognition in the beginning of the 20th century. But also here and now you have to realize that international understanding, common fights for guidelines, are fundamental to finally transfer this idea into public policy. According to the multitude of current examples one can figure out the complexity of self-determination which might be unified with almost every facility of modern life. Freedom does not mean that we do what we like to, but that we have the right to do what we ought to. And what we ought to do is clear: acting instead of talking.
