Second conference great success

It's done. The second international Baltic Model United Nations conference 2009 has been a great success.

It was Sunday, June 14, when Victor Boadum, President of the General Assembly, closed the second international Baltic Model United Nations conference 2009 at about 12.30 pm. This year's conference again has been a great success. With over 130 participants from all over the world we achieved the goal of a colorful conference with fruitful debates on the overall issue "Building Bridges. A foundation for sustainability and progress".

Conference Managers Carolin Kieckhäfer and Robert Martens were deeply content with the involvement of all participants. BALMUN coordinator Regine Koch praised all participants for their engagement during the four days, and the whole team for the intense preparation and the sedulous work during the event.

All in all the second BALMUN turned out to be a stressful as well as inspiring conference.
